Cancellation & Refund Policy

The short version

Try the programme for 7 days for ₹99 before committing to the full 12 weeks. Once the 12-week programme has started, we do not offer refunds.

The 7-day trial (₹99)

This is a one-time payment for seven daily lessons. It does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel. If your first lesson does not reach you within 48 hours of payment, message us on WhatsApp and we will either fix the delivery or refund you in full.

The 12-week programme (₹799)

• This is a one-time payment. It does not auto-renew and there is no subscription to cancel.
• All digital materials — the Starter Kit, Handbook, Phrasebook, workbook and bonus ebooks — are delivered immediately on payment.
• Because these materials are delivered in full at the point of purchase, this payment is non-refundable. We ask you to use the ₹99 trial first if you are unsure.

If you cannot start yet

You can pause your intake and join a later batch at no cost. Message us on WhatsApp and we will move you. Nothing expires — your access is permanent.

If we cannot deliver

If we stop delivering lessons for reasons within our control, we will refund the unused portion of your 12 weeks, calculated by the number of weeks remaining.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you are charged twice, or money is deducted without a confirmation, message us with the transaction ID. Verified duplicate payments are refunded in full within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
