Payment card and bank details are handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store them.
To deliver your lessons on WhatsApp, to write your weekly progress report, and to reply when you message us. We use your email only for payment receipts.
The weekly speaking test runs in your browser on your own phone. The audio is processed on the device and is not uploaded to us. We receive only the score, and only when you choose to send it.
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share your details or your child's details with any third party. The only companies that process your data on our behalf are Razorpay (payments) and WhatsApp/Meta (message delivery).
We message you about your child's lessons and, during your trial, about continuing. If you reply STOP, we remove you from all messaging the same day.
For as long as you are a member, and for 12 months afterwards so you can restart without re-registering. Ask us to delete your data at any time and we will do it within 30 days.
We collect only a child's first name, class, and speaking scores — supplied by you, the parent. We never contact a child directly. All communication goes to the parent's number.
